Return Eligibility
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unread & in original condition
- Original packaging/protective sleeves required
- Non-returnable items:
- Personalized/signed editions
- Final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Damaged/mishandled books
How to Return
- Initiate request via Returns Portal
- Print prepaid label (U.S. only)
- Ship within 14 days of authorization
- Allow 7-10 days for processing after receipt
Refund Details
- Original payment method only
- $8.95 return fee deducted for non-defective items
- International returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Lost packages: File claim with carrier first
Exchanges
- Size/color swaps: Free for same title
- Damaged books: Include photos with request
- Wrong item received: Use “Shipping Error” form
Luxury Editions
- Collector’s items require special packaging
- Insurance recommended for returns over $500
- Authenticity cards must be included
Holiday Exceptions
- Purchases Nov 15-Dec 25: Extended returns until Jan 15
- Gift recipients: Return window begins upon giftee’s receipt
